SugarSugar.com announced this week that the sites would now be 100% for both Sugar Babys and Sugar Daddies. From what the guys running the site tell me is that member interaction has increased 500% and more sugar daddies and sugar babbies are hooking up for sugar daddy dates then ever.

In a statement on the company’s blog they said the following:

Big changes are afoot at SugarSugar. Many of you girls have already noticed that it’s now completely free to email Sugar Daddies. I did this for two reasons:

1) Why should you have to pay money to find a wealthy man? You’re the prize, afterall. They should be paying to meet you.

2) I get to cherry pick my favorite girls as soon as they join. A little selfish? Sure. But the reason I started this site was to meet more Sugar Babies, not make money from them. Hell, it’s the opposite — I want to spend money on them.

They claim “can have your own sugar daddy personal or sugar baby person for free with no credit card required – many sugar daddy sites claim to be free sugar daddy dating sites, but we are the real deal – 100% free – we aren’t even accepting credit cards right now!!”

In the meantime, the debate on weather sugar daddy dating should even be legal is starting to heat up. I recently caught this post on a law blog:

Allen Lichtenstein, a First Amendment attorney in Las Vegas, told HufPo that in order for an exchange to be considered prostitution there has to be a “meeting of the minds” that the arrangement involves an exchange of sex for money. How to write good Sugar Daddy personals!!

Online dating is different than picking up girls at a bar.  You can’t rely on your looks (of course… that might be a good thing).  And you can’t rely on your personality (that also might be a good thing).  All you have are a few pictures and a few words.  But most people don’t think they photograph well, and even less people think they write well.  So how are you supposed to create affective sugar daddy personals?  Here are a couple tips:
